A company agreement sets out the minimum conditions of employment between one or more employers and their employees or a group of their employees. The agreement may apply either in isolation from another price or contain certain conditions of the respective higher price. The terms of a company agreement, transitional instruments (on procurement or agreements) and modern public procurement cannot exclude the NES and those that do have no effect. A single-company agreement is concluded between a single employer (or two employers with a single interest) and workers employed at the time of conclusion of the contract and covered by the agreement. Employers with a single interest are employers who work in a joint venture or joint venture or who are related enterprises. .
